If there’s one thing that North County residents enjoy more than the beach, it’s the various cuisine, beverages, and sweet treats throughout San Diego. Here, we offer a taste of some local flavor.

Fried Flavors

Rancho Peñasquitos is now home to San Diego’s first Rice Chicken, a Korean fried chicken chain serving gluten-free rice flour-fried chicken, beer, wine, boba, and soju. It’s a lighter, still-flavorful alternative to wheat flour, and the menu also includes baked and roasted options. See more at www.ricechickensd.com.
