Leighanne’s North End Cannoli Dip
2 cups of Ricotta cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
1 ¾ cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of mini chocolate chips
Mix cream cheese until smooth.
Add ricotta, mix in vanilla, then add the confectioners sugar.
Mix the mini chocolate chips while leaving a few for sprinkling on the finished dip.
Break apart waffle cones for dipping.
